Information like when did you log in for the first time, then how many times you logged in, ads you clicked, an event you liked /got any invitation, list of your friends- followers, whatever personal details, phone number, text messages or every time you've sent or received a message, every single status update and more.
Online security expert Jay Shah shares how a user can know about their history of interaction on Facebook. This information can be downloaded. Jay advises that if a user wants to delete the account from Facebook, then he/ she must take that data.
How to download your Facebook data
A user can download their archive of this data from Facebook. Here's how:

- Go to Facebook.com/settings
- Tap "Download a copy of your Facebook data."
- Tap "Download Archive." (It might take a few minutes, but Facebook will alert you when your archive is ready.)
- Click "Download Archive" again, and a zip file will download to your computer.
The user can browse through that archive by opening each file inside the folder.

It's surprising how much data is there, be mindful of exactly what you're giving up when you give out information and being cautious about what you post online.people also need to understand the internet to protect themselves."
