Time management is the best way to utilise our time to maximise our productivity in achieving specific goals.
"We all have 24 hours, and we want to make the most of the 24 hours we get each day," says Personality and Mindset Consultant Kshama Upadhyay.
"However, we listen to people saying, they struggle for time and think that why I don't have more time? Many of them have read through many great books and authors, who have prescribed various time management techniques. Still why people struggle? Some people achieve more happiness, productivity, and success – in the same amount of time as everyone else!
"We struggle because we do not relate to it or we don't understand ourselves in terms how our mind works. It requires conscious focus and increase in self-awareness. I always ask a question myself and encourage others to check 'What works for you?"

Kshama Upadhyay's top tips:
1) Set clear goals
List all things to do then align tasks to goals in case they are not aligned then they are least significant.
2) Make a to-do list

Choose and Plan Top 3 things to do and focus on tomorrow, the night before.
"You can write down your essential tasks on paper, on your computer or your smartphone. Set a reminder if needed. Divide the job into different categories like do-able, manageable and focus on one work or item at a time."
