India chased down a target of 165 runs against Australia at the SCG with the smashing innings from captain Virat Kohli. Earlier, a brilliant bowling performance from the left-arm spinner Krunal Pandya restricted the hosts at 6/164 in 20 overs.

With the win at the SCG, India levelled the three T20 match series 1-1.

As was the case in Brisbane and Melbourne, fans came out in huge numbers to the SCG to cheer the Indian cricket team.
After winning the third T20, Indian captain Virat Kohli applauded the Indian fans and said, “It’s always been like that - MCG and SCG especially."

"They are two stadiums where our fans come out in huge numbers. They were really loud and it really motivated the guys to get this victory for us."

Both the teams now will face each other in a four test match series starting from 6th December at the Adelaide.
