'Folk music comes from Mother Earth' : Umesh Barot

A young folk singer from Gujarat, Umesh Barot gathers a big crowd in Australia, fans dancing on his melodies. In conversation with SBS Gujarati, he shares that this is his third visit to Australia. Talking about his music he says he feels that his music training began in his mother's womb. He has complemented this musical gift with classical training. He gives us a taste of Raas, Sugam sangeet and Sufi sangeet during this conversation.
