Funding changes for Schools and Universities

The Federal Government announces plans to change the funding of education, from Primary schools to Universities. If it can pass its legislation, international students could be among those paying more for university courses, but the changes for primary and secondary schools appear to be a mix of good and bad news for migrant families.
