Padma Shri Dr Vishnu Pandya on programs to enhance pride of Gujarat

Dr Vishnubhai Pandya has extensively researched local history of various parts of Gujarat under the Asmita program. His efforts to enhance the pride in Gujarati language, literature and culture is believed to have contributed to his nomination for Padma Shri award.
