Padma Shri Dr Vishnubhai Pandya

Dr Vishnubhai Pandya received this year's Padma Shri award for his contribution to Journalism, Literature and Education. During his fifty years as a journalist, Vishnubhai has reported on many historic events like journalism during emergency, reporting on devastating Morbi floods and Gujarat earthquake in 2001.
