Ingredients:
* 1 cup soaked poha -1 table spoon-oil
* 1 table spoon-butter - 2 table spoon-grated tomato
* 2 tea spoon- red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon- vinegar
* 2 table spoon-tomato souse - ½ tea spoon oregano
* ½ tea spoon-basil - ½ tea spoon-paprika
* ½ tea spoon pepper powder - Salt as per taste
* 1 tea spoon-sugar - 2 table spoon boiled American
* 2 table spoon chopped tomato
For Garnishing:
* ½ cup nachos - 1 table spoon coriander
* 1 table spoon-cheese
Method:
1. Add oil and butter in a pan.
2. Add grated tomato and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add all seasoning-red chilli powder , vinegar , tomato souse , oregano , basil , paprika , pepper powder, salt and sugar. Mix it properly
4. Now add American corn and socked poha. Mix it well.
5. Lastly add chopped tomato and coriander
6. Give a crunch by adding nachos on top of poha
7. Serve it immediately.
