Stand Up India to aid entrepreneurs

The Stand Up India programme is intended to promote entrepreneurship especially among women and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Some of these underprivileged groups find it difficult to get financial backing or to raise resources for any venture they want to set up or pursue. Journalist Sanjay Upadhyay shares the details.
