Trainee doctors' working conditions increase risk of mental illness: study

The first Australian study examining the link between the mental health of junior doctors and their working hours has found they have a heightened risk of mental health problems. The study show there is no specified maximum working hour limit in Australia, prompting calls for more protection and to reduce the stigma faced by doctors with health issues.
