Originally from Vietnam, Linh Tran learns Gujarati so that she can converse with her Gujarati husband and in-laws. For the same reason, she regularly brings her three children to Gujarati school in Sydney. Another such parent Biren Chheda used to travel a long distance to take both his children to Gujarati school in Sydney. After moving to Canberra, he is using technology to continue to nurture his children's love for the Gujarati language.
