Under changes in Migration Act - 'Section 48 bar' has been lifted for certain skilled visas

The Department of Home Affairs has lifted the 'Section 48 bar' for three skilled migration visas. The change will minimise the impact for applicants unable to leave Australia due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Parth Patel, a registered migration agent at Aussizz Group, shares the details.
