Victoria extends lockdown as South Australia to begin a lockdown from tonight

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says the state needs more time to stamp out its COVID-19 outbreak, with its lockdown to be extended by seven days. South Australian Premier Steven Marshall has announced a seven-day lockdown to start from 6 pm on Tuesday.
