Not satisfied with the internet speed? Or do you keep losing internet connection? Well, you may not be alone who is facing this technological frustration.
According to the latest CHOICE’s internet service provider satisfaction survey 2017, 62% of Australians in the last six months had experienced Internet issues with speed and reliability accounting for 81% of all problems.
The consumer watchdog found same problems were present for NBN users who said they faced slow speeds and drop outs 76% of the time.
Australians were invited to rate Australia’s Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and this is how they scored the retailers.
Internode scored 81, iiNet 78, iPrimus 75, Optus 75 and TPG 74 and these services made it to the TOP 5 while Telstra which charges 92% more than competitors for some services earned a below-average score of 70.
Closely following Telstra was Dodo with the lowest overall score of 69.
