The second T20 International between India and Australia is scheduled to be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground today evening at 7:30 pm local time.
But if you live in Melbourne, you already know that the weather looks wet and grey. Melbourne has been experiencing heavy showers since 48 hours now and the wet spell is likely to continue. However, the match hours are likely to remain unaffected.
India is currently leading the 3-match T20 series by 1-0.
But will Melbourne Weather play a spoil sport for the second T20 scheduled today?
Here’s the hourly forecast for tonight’s T20 in Melbourne.

The possibility of rain cannot be ruled out but the Bureau of Meteorology states that the rain will ease out in the evening. Post 7 pm, it is likely to be cloudy and partly cloudy. Humidity may be a bit higher but the chances of rain will drastically go down from 90% (in the morning hours) to 30% in the evening.
Team India looks confident since they have won the last two games against Australia. First the ODI played against Australia in Sydney and the second game being the T20 against them in Adelaide. Dhoni’s men seem to have found confidence playing in Australia after the initial setback of losing the four consecutive ODIs.
Australia on the other hand has seen a change in captaincy. Aaron Finch is leading the T20 squad. ODI and Test Skipper Steve Smith and AB Medal Winner David Warner wont be playing the remaining T20s.
The 2nd T20 scheduled to be played tonight at the Melbourne Cricket Ground will be a crucial one for the Australian Cricket Team as they look to make a comeback. This T20 will also be a decisive one as it will seal the fate of the series.
Stay tuned for weather and cricket updates.
