US Media reports that there is an active shooter at Terminal 8 at JFK airport in New York.
The NYPD told CBS2 that multiple calls started coming in around 8.34pm of reports of shots fired at Terminal 8 of JFK Airport.
Pictures have emerged on social media of people being evacuated from the airport.

Details are sketchy and confirmation of an actual shooter or any injuries is still awaited.
Passengers on other planes bound for JFK are reportedly being diverted away from the airport as the incident is being investigated.
