‘My first step to changing my lifestyle started with a certain photo on Facebook.’

She told the Daily Mial Australia that ‘A friend uploaded a group photo, and I got a lot of negative comments about the way I looked. I was devastated and depressed. But I decided to take the first step to changing my body from that day onwards.’

Hrashi started going to the gym and nearly spent 2-3 hours on cardio exercises per day.

‘It was really difficult. I would always go the gym really late, because at that time it was quiet, and I would go to the corner and do my cardio,’ she said.

She said - ‘I used to eat a lot of rice and curry, junk food, pizza, I would easily eat two pizzas and a litre of Coke a day.’

Soon, she changed her diet to include more salads and protein.

‘Avoid all sugars and processed foods,’ she said.

After some time Harshi started weight lifting to tone and sculpt her physique.

Recently Harshi started sharing before-and-after photos on Instagram to inspire others.

Harshi observes that her healthy diet changed the tone of her skin as well.

She doesn't look like the same person anymore.

‘That’s true people can’t recognise me, even my mum couldn’t recognise me,’ she said.

Harshi is confident that although her whole life has changed and people are more friendly now but ‘it didn’t change who I was on the inside.’
