If you missed last night’s thriller at the Sydney Cricket Ground, fret not! ‘cause we have got you covered.
India’s victory against Australia in the last T20 at Sydney was a last-ball thriller. India required 17 runs in 6 balls. Till the second last over, cricket fans across the world and the Indian Team sitting in the dug out, prayed hard for a miracle.
Miracle came in the last over. When Yuvraj Singh hit Andrew Tye – first for a boundary and then for a six. That changed it all. It all boiled down to 2 runs required off the last ball, which Raina smashed it for a four. India won the match with 7 wickets.

With this victory, India is now ranked the Number 1 T20 Team in the ICC rankings.
The result took the sheen off Shane Watson’s excellent, unbeaten knock of 124. On Sunday, captaining his country, he made the second-highest individual score in a T20 International.
"I was pretty disappointed that I couldn't finish the game off. I pride myself in finishing the game off, but the way Yuvi and Raina finished it off was brilliant. Hats off to their character." Said Virat Kohli, who was named the man of the series, said at the presentation ceremony, after scoring yet another half-century in India's seven-wicket victory.
MS Dhoni gave credit to the bowlers for fashioning this 3-0 win, “"I give a lot of credit to the bowlers. If you see the ODI series, the batsmen did really well. We needed extra from the bowlers, and they have delivered. I think [Jasprit] Bumrah has come in and done well, even Ashish [Nehra] with the experience."
And then, it was time for Team India to celebrate!!
