As reported by the cetusnews.com, Siddhartha Dhar, also known as Abu Rumaysah, escaped from the UK to join ISIS in Syria, now he replaced Londoner 'Jihadi John', as the group's executioner, the US government said.


Siddhartha Dhar, an Indian origin British Hindu who converted to Islam and now goes by the name Abu Rumaysah, had skipped police bail in the UK to travel to Syria with his wife and young children in 2014.

According to US State Department paperwork, Dhar has either "committed or poses a significant risk of committing, acts of terrorism that threaten the security of US nationals or the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States." reported by SCOTT.

Who is Siddha Dhar?

Siddharth Dhar is an Indian origin Hindu but converted to Islam for his wife, Aisha. He was a salesman.

Dhar was an active member of now defunct terrorist organization Al-Muhajiroun group. He was arrested in September 2014.

He was released just after few hours of arrest on bail. He was ordered to submit his passport and banned to travel overseas.
He went to Syria to join IS via Paris.
