In a case of road rage involving an outrageous hit-and-run caught on CCTV camera, a 29-year-old taxi driver, Jagmeet Sidhu, was ran down in Gold Coast.
The car that ran Jagmeet down was driven by a former colleague who is now driving an Uber.
Sukhwinder Gill, 33-year-old, has been accused of this hit-and-run.
It is said that minutes before the road rage incident, Jagmeet and Sukhwinder had an argument before the accused sat in his car and ran over Mr. Sidhu, 7 News reported.
Eyewitnesses were shocked at this "road-rage" incident.
Some witnesses tried to stop the car but Sukhwinder continued to drive.
He was arrested and later given bail.
He has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and causing grievous bodily harm.
