Bollywood actress Radhika Apte has won the Best Actress award in an international narrative feature at the Tribeca film festival. She is the first Indian actress to win a best actress award at this prestigious film festival. She won it for her role in the short movie 'Madly'.

Madly is a collection of short stories. Radhika Apte won the award for her role in 'Clean Shaven' which was a segment in 'Madly'. The different stories in this movie have been shot by different directors and the segment 'Madly' was directed by Anurag Kashyap.

Radhika Apte has earlier been seen in movies like Shor In the City, Badlapur and Manjhi the Mountain Man.
