Police is on lookout for a sexual predator who sexually assaulted a teenage girl in Melbourne’s North West.
Fawkner Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are investigating this sexual assault of a girl that happened on an Essendon bus.
The teenage girl boarded the route 465 bus on 23 March about 8.25am from the corner of Hedderwick and Buckley Streets.
Several other people got on the bus at that stop including a man who stood next to the girl, facing her, for the next 10 minutes.
Every time the bus stopped he would rub up against the girl before they both got off at the Essendon Railway Station where the man walked away.
The man is described as Caucasian, 20-30 years old, short brown hair, unshaven with a thin build.
He was wearing jeans, grey t-shirt or jacket and had earbud headphones and was carrying a black backpack/satchel bag.
Investigators have released a facial composite of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
