While machines, automation and Artificial Intelligence are smarter and has evolved at massive speed, the globe is also much more connected, human beings are also living longer, healthier and need different services.
Due to the advent of technology at high speed, whether it is hardware which include the rise of robots, Artificial Intelligence, smarter automation in jobs, workplaces, healthcare, vehicles, energy and cities, and software, humanity is at the verge of becoming jobless and very much depending on technologies at present and into the future.

"Robots will be able to do nearly every jobs in the future. Even they will have the capacity to program, build and fix themselves. Though they may create new jobs, the most common ones to vanish are those repetitive, labor intensive or even some aspect of teachers or doctors or nurses jobs will also be impacted, " said Creative Innovation leader Alrick Pagnon.

Creative Innovation Global's Creative Innovative Leader, Alrick Pagnon said that recent progress in Artificial Intelligence which can beat Korean grand chess master of the game "Gaur" which is much more complex than chess is a living proof that machines is coming and it is coming fast.
"However, machines and technologies can not adapt and adjust and can not be agile, flexible or have divergent thinking like human does. Human can utilize these skills to benefits them and to prepare themselves for the future," asserted Alrick Pagnon from Creative Innovation Global.
Recently, business leader from technology companies has call world leaders to set up good policies to manage technology from now into the future.
Alrick Pagnon from the Creative Innovation Global said that therefore, Creative Innovation 2017 is hosting the Asia-Pacific Summit (13-15 November 2017) with the theme "Human Intelligence 2.0" in Melbourne to bring all the related experts either from technology ethics, Artificial Intelligence, and Psychologists, futurists, business leaders, cybernetic experts, biotechnology, Design engineer and governments and communities, as well as academics to come together to exchange ideas, to explore better approaches to utilize and manage or handle innovative technologies. And finally set up good policies to govern technologies into the future to facilitate the way we live, how we control and produce our foods, the energy we use, the way we connect, interact and work. "So we can deal with job displacement, poverty and environment."

"But all these will not be existed unless there are courageous decision made by global leaders, collaboration and corporation from different parties and policies implemented, tested, reevaluated, adapted and changed to suit the situations," said Pagnon.
"We should ensure and emphasize that we develop a culture which rewards innovation and creativity and tolerate mistakes," said Pagnon.
