Germany took Facebook to court over data collection and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) ongoing Facebook investigation.

Germany Anti-trust Agency report claimed that Facebook benefits from its data collection from its users which then selling ads that generating profits without the consent of its users.

If German authorities rule this out, Facebook has indicated it will appeal and disregard German officials claim that there is no other social media platform that can compete with Facebook.

But international communities are very interesting to see how the Australian Competition and Consumers Commission's ongoing investigation will turn out where it's final report of the Facebook data breach will be released in June.
