Mr. Thao said that his former teacher inspired him into dancing due to it is fun, it makes us healthy and if we are good at dancing we can earn good money from it and also turn dancing into a career too.

From the above experiences, Lue Thao said that he had to sacrifice his 9-5 career in order to pursue what he loved which is dancing and now he has set up his own studio- The Cypherside, as well as teaching dancing classes at Johnny Jonson school and participating in professional dancing competition and dancing with big event like the US super-ball and NBA tournament.

Besides running his own business, he also practices dancing with his friends and participating in dancing competition in California, Minnesota and New York too. So far he has been dancing with the US Super Bowl 52 Performer, NBA MN Timberwolves Performer, Tori Kelly -Prince Tribute Concert Performer and Vanila Ice.

But what are the challenges that Lue Thao experience and handle all these activities. Mr. Thao said that it is hard, but when I run my own business and well planned I can manage it.
Mr. Thao said that if you want to pursue your dream, don't listen to critics even from your families or friends or anyone but listen to your instinct and follow your heart and the rest will follow. However you need to work hard for it.
There are still many Hmong talents in dancing according to TXHAWB a Hmong magazing by Lar Yang the publisher, the Lor brothers aka M-Pact (Longka Lor) & VillN (Longkue Steven VillN Lor) or Hmong B-Boys which take break dancing into the world stage and won their international competition in France 2006 at the Temple of Styles competition and have danced with prestigious singers like "The Taboo of the Blacked Eyed Peas, Taylor Swift, Christ Brown, Ariana Grnade and Nicki Minaj, daing in hit music videos, the Billboard Music Awards and Saturday Night Live."
Kinjaz is their band as their legacy. The Lor brothers said that they have been achieved to some extent but there are so much more they could do.
But their biggest prize is to empower and to inspire others to never give up their hope and keep their dreams alive. To inspire Hmong next generation to think that they can achieve their dream and pursue them.
They said that they have made their family, Hmong communities, their crews and their rival proud and any win is a win for their town (Sacramento), for their crews, their communities and for Hmong B-Boys as well as taking Hmong community to the world stage, putting Hmong on the map and make Hmong dancers some of the best in Sacramento and in the international stage.
