Kao Lee is the founder of Secure Tech Innovation and the first Hmong American who has invented the Top Kontrol anti-car theft and anti-carjacking system. Meanwhile, his company is on its way to be listed on the US stock market. Mr. Lee shares his thoughts into why does he create this system and how can it really work?

Kao Lee says that it took him 10 years in the making of Top Kontrol anti-car theft and anti-carjacking system. The initial plan is to create a system where police don't have to pursue people who do car theft or carjacking, but due to the complex processes that the police department he is working for have to get approval, this idea was then thrown out of the window.

From then on, he has continuously improving this system and it become a products that is unique and there are no products that can protect cars theft or carjacking like Top Kontrol can even Toyota's system, according to Mr. Kao Lee.

" A millionaire from Middle East stumble across and found my website and he is interested what my anti-car theft or anti-carjacking can do. After he know how the system work, he wants to joint as a business venture and take it to the US stock market in the near future, which it is on it way, if approved."

This system will only allow its car owner to drive as normal. Thief cannot drive even if they can jack the car, this system will trigger the car to stop dead after starting the care or driving the car for a couple of seconds and the car will stall and it will trigger the alarm in the car to beep.

Mr. Kao Lee says that he is very happy that Secure Tech Innovation is the first company found by Hmong and own by Hmong, but this system can benefits worldwide.

Mr Lee says that the Top Kontrol system - the anti-car theft and anti-carjacking system has been already using in some of the countries in Asia especially Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. He has plan to expand the services further to the Philippines and Indonesia.

Most importantly, says Mr. Lee, this is just one of other products that Secure Tech Innovation want to pursue toward the future.
