After weeks of violence and conflicts between Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army with Myanmar police and security which has driven over 410,000 Rohingya muslims from Myanmar northern state of Rakhine to Bangladesh, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is struggling to provide humanitarian aids for these people.
Aung San Suu Kyi eventually gave her televised speech at Naypyidaw to assure and to promise her people that she will bring those who abused Rohingya muslims, breached Myanmar and international laws to justice, while international communities are following the situation closely, as UN official said Burma is pursuing "ethnic cleansing".
Ms. Suu Kyi stated that Myanmar government will verify these people and if they are genuine refugees, Myanmar government will take them back, but did not state what is the time frame.
She Said that she is not afraid of international scrutiny, urging international to land a hand to deal with Myanmar long history of complex issues instead of focusing on minor issues.
