According to IBIS World Industry report, more and more of news agency are closing down due to the changes in spending income and spending behavior changes from traditional norm to online. Therefore Nathan Cloutman, Senior Analyst of IBIS World Industry suggested that news agencies need new ideas to diversify products and services in order to thrive their businesses. 

John and James Avery brother agreed that they have to make their customers services priority and hire locals as well as they have to changes their products every now and then according to the needs of their customers. Currently, they can still run their shop but the future is not so bright.
