Exercises and doing gardening is likely to benefit your health in the long run.

More than half of Australians over fifty drink an average of 11 cups of tea weekly, but have you ever thought about planting your own tea, to help to reduce the tea bags on our environment?

There are many reasons why doing gardening could benefit you. According to Magaret Wilson who is a dietician and also a tea farmer at Brynhill farm, Queensland's tropical north says that gardening could "Improve your health, your heart health, your mental health."

Kris Gunnar also claims there are many benefits from Green tea (Camellia Sinensis) ie. health, heart, and brain, as it has chemical agents and antioxidant and nutrients that help or improve our general health.

If we grow our own tea, we can know for sure that it is pesticide free and we can pick our tea and brew a fresh tea. without worrying about the environmental impact of tea bags selling in supermarkets.

Besides, we can also produce different tea either black, white, green or Oolong tea from the same tea plant - Camelia Sinensis. Just that we may need to google search what are the processes of making each different tea.

However, the Australian National Health Guidelines has also suggested that older Australian should at least take a 30 minutes simple exercise daily to stay healthy.
