What is it like to live in regional Victoria?

There are some Hmong families in Australia who have bought acreage land and having living in regional areas for years but what is it like to live in those areas? Sao Yang, who is a Victoria Public Housing Officer for the last three decades has lived in regional Victoria shares his thought about this matter.
