"They are there illegally so we plan to report it to the police," he told Reuters.

Wilmar described Greenpeace's actions as "unlicensed entry crime and vandalism" which posed a security risk for Wilmar activists and staff.

"There is no organization above the law, and we urge Greenpeace to adopt a collaborative mindset and work with the palm oil industry to take sincere and positive action," he said in a statement late Tuesday.

"We are disappointed by the allegations made by Greenpeace that it discredits the genuine efforts and progress made by Wilmar and the palm oil industry to promote the sustainable development of palm oil."

Meanwhile, two foreigners who participated in the protest, Moh.Farhan bin Moh Nasarudin from Malaysia and Katherine Woskett from Australia were threatened with deportation and were not allowed to be in Indonesia for 6 months.
