Putin remains dry while other leaders get soaked at World Cup final

Russia President Vladimir Putin was given an umbrella to remain dry while his French and Croatian counterparts - Emmanuel Macron and Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic were soaked after the 2018 FIFA World Cup final on Monday morning (AEST).
