This Kupang youth aspires to develop his hometown

Victor Pati Mangu, a young man from Kupang NTT who is currently studying double Master degree in public health, admits experiencing the imbalance between his region with other regions in Indonesia. He wants to go back and build his region after completing his education in Australia.
