The arrest of the Chairman of the Commission D of the Jakarta parliament and the famous developer by KPK, shows the decision makers are not involving the public in the process.
The Chairman of the National Information Commission of Republic of Indonesia, Abdulhamid Dipopramono said that the reclamation of Jakarta bay is an evidence of the lack of transparency of decision making by the political elite.
