The Hon Steven Ciobo, the Australian Minister of Trade has visited his counterpart the new Indonesian Minister of Trade, Mr. Enggartiasto Lukita last month, to continue the discussion of the free trade agreement between the two countries.


The Turnbull Government is seeking to build this relationship though the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA). Negotiations, relaunched earlier this year, are making good progress. The Chief Negotiator from the Indonesian Ministry of Trade, Mr. Deddy Saleh explains the progress of this agreement in this interview.
