3 Day Childcare Subsidy now in Place, but will it help Families?

Parents sending children to childcare are now guaranteed a 90 percent subsidy for 3 days a week, without completing any eligibility test.


Starting January 5 this week, the Albanese government have guaranteed access for parents to a 90 percent subsidy for 3 days a week of child care.

The subsidy will cost around $430 million over the next four years but the government says hundreds of thousands of families are set to benefit.
