Perdanaputra (Consul for Protocol and Consular Affairs) and Joel Blackwell (the Executive Director of the International Education Division, Early Childhood and School Education Group, in the Victorian Department of Education and Training) along with Indonesian Consul General for Victoria and Tasmania, Ibu Spica Tutuhatunewa talk about the intercultural phenomenon known as the Krakatoas.
