Having a long weekend regularly could soon become a reality with a 4-day working arrangement. The expectation is that 100 percent percent productivity is maintained while staff working 80 percent of the time.

It is believed that an increasing number of employees prefer a 4 day working week. And more Australian companies - big and small are making the change with the hopes it will improve staff's work and life balance.
