Australia Reaches 80% Vaccine Milestone, But Some States Lag Behind

Australia's COVID-19 vaccination rate is at 80%, but some states are still lagging.


States such as Victoria and New South Wales continue to show high rates of vaccination among young people, while in Western Australia and Queensland less than 50 percent of ages 16 to 29 have received two doses.
