A report from the World Bank has found trillions of dollars have been spent on subsidies for fossil fuels, agriculture and fishing that the bank says could be used to address climate change instead.
A report from the World Bank has found trillions of dollars are being spent subsidising fossil fuels, agriculture and fishing causing what the bank calls environmental havoc.
The report says the subsidies total at least $7.25 trillion dollars a year.
The report calls for the money to be redirected toward to greener uses.
