It has been 10 years since the Murray-Darling Basin Plan was signed into law, with the aim of restoring the health of the river system. But it has not yet been sculpted by any signs.
Now Environment Victoria, alongside Conservation Councils in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia have unveiled plans to refurbish Murray-Darling. The
Murray Darling Authority said the state needed to consider how Indigenous knowledge should be incorporated into the Basin plan in a meaningful way.
