This year's NAIDOC week theme - “Always Was, Always Will Be” - has particular meaning for Tasmanian artist Caleb Nicholls-Mansell. Last month, Caleb left his full-time job to launch an online business called Blackspace Creative, that sells art and products made by Tasmanian Aboriginal people.

Caleb hopes Blackspace Creative will not only be a place for Indigenous artists to showcase their work and their cultural traditions, but also become a medium for non-Aboriginal Tasmanians to connect with the state’s Aboriginal culture.
