One of the part of Festival Indonesia 2024 is a cooking demonstration, one of the talent is a chef from Papua, Charles Toto.
Chef Charles is also the founder of Papua Jungle Chef, a community that invites young people in Papua to use nature as a food source to serve people who explore Papua.

Papua Jungle Chef also encourage young people to preserve nature, because Chef Charles said that currently deforestation is occurring everywhere for commercial interests such as housing or plantations on a large scale.
Chef Charles has shown the traditional Papuan cooking style in various places such as Fiji, Turin, and Naples. He also invites all young Indonesians to tell their food culture so that it can be told to others.
