Gustaff started Common Room, an open platform that seeks to connect individuals, communities and organisations to discuss diverse economic, cultural, and political issues. Through Common Room, he established a number of city-wide films, music, new media and hybrid festivals, events, and workshops in partnership with various creative industry sectors and communities.
In this interview Gustaff talked about Ciptagelar Community which is famous for its thanks giving rituals, Seren Taun, a yearly post-harvest ceremony which takes place in August to express their gratitude for the success of their harvest.
