While the new data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics show the economy grew by 0.5 per cent in the June quarter, the federal government is insisting the economy is strong.


Why does the government insist that the economy is strong?  Do the Green and Labor Parties agree with the federal government’s view?  Why?
