Facebook's chief executive, Mark Zuckerberg, has apologised for what he's described as a major breach of trust which saw milllions of Facebook users having their data exploited by a political consultancy. British firm Cambridge Analytica is accused of using the data to influence the 2016 presidential election in the United States, as well as in Britain's Brexit vote.
