Prime Minister Scott Morrison says he is still confident borders can re-open on the 1st of July -- with conditions.

PM Morrison said state and territory leaders at a national cabinet meeting Friday
[June 26] agreed to stick to the appointment schedule for the restriction.

Reopening the border remains a sensitive issue, but Mr Morrison said he was confident a solution could be found, so the opening of July 1 could still be carried out.
