Ms Artanti Wardhani S.Sos, M.Phil, a project officer with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) foundation and a lecturer in African Studies at the Department of International Relation, University of Indonesia explains why it seems few people seem to care about the hunger and carnage in South Sudan even though the situation keeps getting worse.
