Ghost from the Past: Why ‘A Cool House’ is so significant

16 albermale Project Space recently exhibited the artworks of Ipeh Nur and Enka Komariah, the Jogyakarta artist couple. This exhibition include ‘Rumah Yang Yahud’ (A Cool House) an installation work that made up of many drawing and paintings which reflects the process of rethinking and rebuilding Indonesia as a national identity.

Ellya Gunawan is a staff from 16 albermale Project Space. She explains to Sri Dean about Ipeh and Enka’s work being exhibited. Particularly her personal observation of A Cool House which is the most interesting work.
