Advocacy groups have welcomed the Victorian government's announced new strategy on eating disorders.


Eating disorder prevalence has increased since the pandemic, with social media also a factor in its rise among young people, according to research.

Eating Disorders Victoria CEO Belinda Caldwell said the new strategy paves the way for more accessible, person-centred care.
